What is a LifeGroup?
LifeGroups are where authentic community and spiritual growth can be experienced in a small group (10-12 people) environment. A community of believers creates a level of accountability, belonging and care. Growing together challenges us to reach up to God, out to others and in to the group. (Matthew 22:36-40)
Why are LifeGroups so important?
We believe LifeGroups are the place where sustained life-change occurs. A smaller environment provides opportunity to build relationships with others when it may be difficult during worship services. LifeGroups also are a place where you "do life" together. It opens the door to discuss real life and real issues with a group of believers who can encourage you!
What happens in a LifeGroup?
Lifegroups are a very casual, relaxed environment with time spent hanging out over food, discussing God's Word and praying for each other. LifeGroups meet in homes, coffee shops and other places throughout the community. Each group regularly participates in community outreaches to extend the love of Jesus beyond the walls of the church through caring and serving. Doing life together!
